Iberica Fruit, based in Valencia – a region famous for its great citrus – offers the finest varieties of limes. Spain produces mainly Taihiti / Persian lime, especially in Valencia, Murcia and Malaga. The lime trees can flower several times a year. Peak season in Spain usually runs from August until December.

Seedless/very few seed, medium to large size, thin skin, good shelf life. Less acidic than Key lime (Mexican lime), green when marketed, turns more yellow when fully ripe.
